Senior Executive Recruiter (Financial Services Industry, New York)

A rapidly expanding financial services firm is in need of an internal senior level recruiter.  The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for senior level recruiting for a variety of positions which include IT, Finance, HR, Compliance, Research and Analytical roles. The Executive Recruiter will build strong internal client relationships by partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and both define and deliver best practices recruiting. This goal is achieved by demonstrating a deep understanding of all phases of the hiring process. Crucial to success is the development of recruiting plans and performing creative sourcing strategies.
