As a Senior Associate at LYNK, you will be part of a team to plan and execute on strategies and tactics for LYNK platform. You will be contributing to the marketing and brand awareness at LYNK right from the start.

What You'll Do:

  • Embrace our vision for growing a platform for knowledge through a strategic and data-driven approach
  • Own all marketing channels and create a holistic and measurable marketing strategy with a focus on key metrics such as acquisition, activation, and referral.
  • Adopt growth hacker mindset to constantly test, optimise and find new ways to automate and improve performance
  • Launch email drip campaigns with a focus on enhancing expert experience and facilitating conversion
  • Work with the tech and design teams to drive growth by reducing inefficiencies and enhancing all user touch-points
  • Become an SEO expert by finding new ways to procure relevant content, identification of influencers, as well as drive the on-page SEO strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

What Expertise You'll Add To The Team:

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record with a desired major in Marketing, Communications, or PR
  • 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketer with a tech start-up or a digital agency
  • Well rounded digital marketing strategist, with a working knowledge of marketing analytics, SEM, SEO, SEA, marketing automation, display, re-marketing, email marketing, social media marketing and content marketing
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a strong command of English Problem solver, data-oriented mindset and creative in thinking outside the box
  • Results oriented, highly motivated and self-starters with high attention to detail
  • Must be flexible and adaptable and excited about working in a start-up and faced paced environment
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate
