In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing client firms. As a central point of contact for client communications, this role is responsible for growing our business in your designated territory. As one of the lead representatives of our business, this position is responsible for growing brand awareness and leading growth in the region.

What You'll Do:
Target decision maker-level contacts at prospect organizations to promote Lynk, increasing the depth and breadth of relationships as you develop your territory
Prospect, nurture and close new sales adding to Lynk's client base
Maintain a high level of outreach activities. Client & Prospect outreach metrics will be key indicators of performance and revenue goal attainment
Diligently manage your pipeline using CRM as source of record for your activity, maintaining an accurate forecast of your path to success
Develop your territory and relationships to provide consistent on target quarterly results
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and generate new business through product expansion and increased usage
Communicate results and progress regularly with sales management
Work in collaboration with Lynk Client Solutions, Marketing, Legal and Product teammates to drive continued dependence on Lynk's products and services.
What Expertise You'll Add To The Team:
5+ years of experience selling into Investment Management Firms/Corporates/Consulting firms, successfully prospecting and self-generating leads
5+ years' experienceStrong understanding of Customer Segmentation & Prospecting, and the desire to build from the ground up
Ability to work well independently, be self-motivated to consistently hit financial targets
Working closely with Inside Sales members to meet individual and team quotas
Leveraging sequences of cold emailing, calling, follow-up emails — whatever it takes to crack into accounts
Understanding how activities lead to meetings lead to pipeline lead to ASV
A creative and entrepreneurial mindset; interest in helping to build a business and to be compensated according to performance
Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers in target firms
Be the right-hand to our Sales team, ensuring enough volume of meetings and introductions to qualified prospects looking to buy
Making sure all activities, conversations, and insights are tracked in our CRM and prospecting tools Scaling out the team as we continue to grow
Strong passion for business and enthusiastic about taking part in shaping Lynk's growth
